Location: Mooresville, NC
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
12-hour shifts | 2-2-3 rotation

The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do): - Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll
- Stack packaged products onto pallets, wrap the pallets securely, and label them
- Inspect products for any defects or quality issues
- Use handheld scanners or devices to track products
- Stay active - on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keeping pace
- Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized
- Show up, clock in, and give a solid day's work - no coasting
- Keep your focus sharp - details matter when orders are on the line
- Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift
- Work with your crew - team-first, no drama
- Stay flexible - shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory
