What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate (DC Flex), your role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Success in this role depends on your ability to show up ready to work, contribute to a positive environment, and meet our high standards. Here's what your responsibilities will include:

• Order Fulfillment & Robotics Collaboration (~80%) Work with advanced robotics to pick, pack, and replenish products. Ensure accuracy and efficiency using innovative technology. Prepare shipments with care by labeling boxes, adding pack slips, and inspecting items for quality. Assist with tasks like truck loading, cycle counts, and receiving inventory.
• Warehouse Organization & Maintenance (~15%) Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety. Safely operate hand jacks and other equipment.
• Team Support & Continuous Improvement (~5%) Work closely with teammates to solve problems and improve workflows. Contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace culture where everyone succeeds.

What We're Looking For We need responsible, team-oriented individuals who can be relied upon to show up, do their best, and support their coworkers. No prior warehouse or distribution center experience requiredwe'll train you! You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

• Dependability: A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to showing up on time, ready to contribute.
• Team Mindset: A collaborative attitude that strengthens the team and promotes a positive work environment.
• Physical Readiness: The ability to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly (and up to 100 lbs. occasionally), stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks like bending and reaching.
• Flexibility: Availability for variable schedules, with longer shifts early in the week and shorter shifts later. Occasional late nights and overtime may be required.
• Attention to Detail: A focus on accuracy, quality, and organization in all tasks.
• Commitment to Safety: A proactive approach to working safely and improving practices.
• Technology Skills: Familiarity with RF devices and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is helpful but not required.
• Inclusive Mindset: A willingness to contribute to a respectful, diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.
