Venture Partner

Today, theres ~$15T of trapped capital sitting inside underperforming public companies, and shareholders have no mechanism to stop the bleed. In any other market, an inefficiency this large would be arbitraged away but public equities simply lack a systematic, repeatable way to rescue and redeploy underperforming capital at scale.

Were building the first capital recycler of the public markets a techdriven way to identify stranded value, extract it, and redeploy it at scale. We believe this is the start of a new asset class: capital recycling.

What Youll Do

• Source and lead execution of investments and transformative transactions
• Collaborate crossborder to move fast on transaction structuring and capital formation
• Take ownership endtoend: from idea to closing
• Move at startup speed no bloated process, no slide decks for the sake of it

Who Were Looking For

• 6+ years in venture capital, special situations, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, or principal investing
• Relentlessly resourceful you hunt deals , not wait for them
• Sharp, numerate, and fast you understand structure and risk instinctively
• Handson youre ready to underwrite a deal on Monday and negotiate it on Tuesday
• Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and high expectations
• Hungry to be part of something early, fastmoving, and high impact
