**Join Our Dynamic Radiology Team!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Are you a passionate and skilled Radiologic Technologist/Mammographer? \n- Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact?\n- Join our innovative healthcare team and take your career to new heights!\n\n**Key Responsibilities:**\n\n - Perform comprehensive radiographic and sonographic examinations for diagnostic interpretation.\n- Exercise professional judgment and apply radiation protection principles in all procedures.\n- Maintain organized patient records and files, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.\n- Manage patient transfers within the radiology department with care and compassion.\n- Be proactive in pursuing continuing education to enhance your skills and knowledge.\n- Rotate shifts as required and be available for on-call duties, with a commitment to respond promptly.\n\n**Mammography Specific Duties:**\n\n- Conduct advanced procedures including breast needle localization and stereotactic breast biopsy.\n- Ensure quality control through rigorous tracking of CEU credits and mammogram performance.\n- Actively engage in maintaining high standards for mammography practices.\n\n**Ultrasound Responsibilities:**\n\n - Execute all requested ultrasound exams with precision and professionalism.\n- Seek further education and certifications to enhance capabilities in various ultrasound specialties.\n- Ensure equipment care and cleanliness in the ultrasound area.\n\n**CT/MRI Responsibilities:**\n\n - Proficiently perform diagnostic CT and MRI procedures, ensuring superior patient care.\n- Engage in the development and adherence to policies and procedures relevant to imaging.\n\n**Lead Technologist Duties:**\n\n- Collaborate with Imaging Manager and Director to support departmental goals.\n- Organize and optimize workflow, while supervising and mentoring staff effectively.\n- Provide expert guidance and uphold a supportive environment for team members.\n\n**Qualifications:**\n\n - Current ARRT certification in Radiography or ARDMS in one specialty area (Abd or OB/GYN).\n- BLS certification required within 45 days of start.\n- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing diagnostics in assigned modality.\n- Strong commitment to patient care and continuous professional development.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):**\n\nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
