Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to supervise students in a juvenile correctional facility's classroom in the absence of the teacher. This role involves managing classroom activities, supporting student learning, and ensuring a positive educational environment.

• Ability to implement teacher lesson plans and maintain educational objectives.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in creating a supportive and positive learning environment.
• Ability to monitor student behavior and provide guidance.
• Willingness to undergo necessary training and obtain a substitute teaching permit.
