Structural Site Engineer (Cleanroom Equipment Pad)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Site Engineer with experience in equipment foundation (pad) construction for cleanroom environments . This role plays a key part in delivering high-precision infrastructure for advanced manufacturing facilities, including semiconductor fabs, display plants, and pharmaceutical production sites .
The ideal candidate is technically strong, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments. You will serve as a key stakeholder within the project management team—responsible for planning, executing, and managing foundation construction from concept through commissioning and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all phases of structural construction for cleanroom equipment pad projects.
- Review design specifications, drawings, and submittals to ensure compliance with codes and project standards.
- Coordinate engineering issues with design teams and clients to ensure alignment with owner requirements.
- Develop, track, and manage project scope, schedules, and forecasts to meet milestones and delivery goals.
- Monitor site construction activities and provide progress measurement and reporting.
- Oversee fabrication, installation, and schedule performance for assigned work areas.
- Develop detailed execution plans and coordinate system access floor construction with other trades.
- Communicate project status to management, clients, and stakeholders effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent field experience.
- 3+ years of experience in structural construction, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, or heavy industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of ACI and ASTM standards and codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD , Navisworks , BIM , and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and perform structural inspections.
- Experience managing progress, quality, and coordination in a multidisciplinary construction environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (English/Korean) a plus.
