Position: Salesforce Developer or Lead

Location: Wilmington, DE Onsite

Duration: Contract to Hire

Role Overview:

• We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer Or Lead to help shape the architecture and data design for our Corporate Responsibility Tech team. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong background in Salesforce and enjoy mentoring junior developers, this is the role for you.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APEX or similar languages.
• Salesforce Developer or Architecture Certification is a plus.
• Ability to think strategically and understand business processes.
• Proven experience mentoring and working collaboratively with teams.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in leading technical teams and making architectural decisions.
• Passionate about mentoring and developing junior talent.
• Ready to shape the future of our global digital commerce initiatives.
