- Pay Rate: $32 - $36/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)
- Shift: Day |7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility standards. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience .
- Current BLS/CPR certification .
- Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
