Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable, experienced Painter to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and can handle residential interior and exterior painting projects with care and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and paint residential interiors and exteriors to company standards
- Perform proper surface prep (caulking, sanding, patching, priming, masking, etc.)
- Apply coatings using brush, roller, and/or spray techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with crew leaders and homeowners
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail on every project
- Represent J Stock’s Painting LLC with professionalism and respect
Requirements:
- 2+ years of residential painting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of prep work and various paint applications
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Must be dependable, punctual, and take pride in your craft
