Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer 1 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer 1, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. You need to have around 1 year of experience in Paint process (pretreatment and chemical process) and Fanuc robotics .
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Automotive, Fanuc & robotics)
Location: Wentzville, MO
Pay Range: $30 - $32 per hour
What's the Job?
- Propose and evaluate manufacturing process and equipment for assigned areas.
- Meet plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Coordinate the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives.
- Evaluate expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
- Provide technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience required.
- Strong background in paint process, pretreatment and chemical process.
- Around 1 year of experience with Fanuc Robotcs, and automation systems.
- Expert knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of tooling processes and automotive industry processes.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Lotus Notes or similar email tools.
