Summary:
The Depot Repair Technician I is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment at a designated repair
facility. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality. The Depot Repair
Responsibilities
Technician I may also be responsible for documenting repair processes, maintaining repair records, and communicating with customers
regarding repair status. This position typically requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently or as part of a
team. Document incoming and outgoing machines using software applications such as Oracle, Service AllianceTM and Microsoft® Office.
Inspect incoming machines for necessary repairs, upgrades, fluid spills, or damage. Decontaminate incoming machines, using PPE. Prepare
and ship packaging for returned machines to the customer at their request. Prepare packaging and package finished goods and deliver to
the warehouse. Disassemble scrap machines, repair salvage some reusable parts and prepare for refurbishment. Assume additional
responsibilities for special projects as directed. Comply with all ISO 14001 requirements. Comply with internal environmental management
system requirements, as applicable. Accepts overtime and weekend work as necessary.
Sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds.
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration and/or moderate noise levels.
Exposure to hazardous chemicals or other materials.

Other (please specify): Occasional lifting of up to 45 pounds. Required to operate manual pallet jack, racks, pushing pulling heavy weight.

Some technical Background (Work experience preferred, open to high school grad)

Oracle EBS moving to Oracle cloud

1st shift 8-5pm or flexible to work 2nd shift if needed (potentially 2-10:30pm)
