Gilk Services is a family-owned and operated plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and water solutions company dedicated to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer care. We’re expanding and looking for a *skilled, motivated HVAC Foreman* to lead our HVAC installation crews on new construction, remodel projects and retro fits.
*What You’ll Do*
* Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on residential and light commercial construction sites.
* Review blueprints and mechanical layouts to plan daily tasks.
* Oversee installation of ductwork, equipment, and mechanical systems.
* Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to keep jobs moving smoothly.
* Ensure work meets code, quality standards, and project timelines.
* Train and mentor installers and apprentices.
* Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
*Minimum requirements of the HVAC Foreman:*
* 5+ years of HVAC installation experience in construction.
* Previous leadership or lead installer experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of duct systems, mechanical layout, and new-construction workflows.
* EPA certification for handling refrigerant or willing to obtain
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
* Proficient in use of computer programs and technology related to the position
* After hours/on-call service availability
* Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces
* Observe all company procedures and safety rules
* Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required
* Well groomed, neat appearance
* Valid driver’s license; HVAC certifications a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
