What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel.
• Perform in-office procedures (e.g., skin surgery, joint injections, IUDs, maternity care) if desired.
• Engage in quality improvement and population health initiatives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
