Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess emergency situations and determine the appropriate response using advanced Paramedic protocols.
  • Utilize a wide range of Paramedic skills to provide comprehensive medical care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring they feel reassured during emergencies.
  • Lead the Paramedic team on scene, managing both the unit and the situation effectively.
  • Collaborate professionally with allied health personnel and fellow Paramedics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Current State Paramedic License.
  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and PHTLS or ITLS.
  • Driving record that complies with company policies.
  • Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test.
  • Prior work experience in healthcare is preferred.
