Oral Surgery Assistant / Dental Assistant / Lead Oral Surgery Assistant – $22 to $38/hr + Benefits!
We are a privately owned, state-of-the-art oral surgery practice in Solana Beach, CA, seeking an Oral Surgery Assistant / Dental Assistant / Lead Oral Surgery Assistant to join our patient-focused, fun, and thriving team.

Schedule:
- Full-Time, 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate X-ray and 3D scanning equipment and develop radiographs for diagnostics
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments, materials, and equipment following infection control and biohazard protocols
- Assist the surgeon with all chairside procedures, including operatory setup, anesthesia administration, and cleanup
- Prepare patients for surgery and monitor vital signs during procedures
- Lead Oral Surgery Assistant Role: Lead clinical staff, manage workflow, and ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care
Qualifications for Lead Oral Surgery Assistant:
- Solid experience working in an oral surgery practice
- Knowledge of implants
- Strong organizational and leadership skills for managing a team
- Passion for providing excellent patient care
