Pay: $18 -$20 hourly per hour depending on experience, plus ongoing pay raise opportunities.

Qualifications:

· Seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals with a strong sense of integrity and dedication.

· Commitment to meeting quality care standards and adhering to established procedures.

· Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check, DMV screening, and drug test.

· Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

· Applicants must be 21 years or older.

· Comprehensive paid training available, including virtual, online, and hands-on options.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license, insurance, and access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel.

· Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.

Responsibilities: Varies based on client needs. We match you with clients based on the type of care you wish to provide.

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): personal hygiene, mobility support, incontinence care, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, especially for seniors with mobility or memory challenges.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment, including light housekeeping.
• Support with errands, appointments, and social activities.
• Ensure medications are taken on time and assist with restroom and shower safety.
• Report client progress and any physical or cognitive changes to office staff.
• Provide transportation as needed.
