We are actively interviewing for this position. As an Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance, you are providing a premium service and experience to our customers while using your appliance repair expertise. A broken appliance can disrupt a familys life you can be a superhero by getting their appliance working again.
Specific Responsibilities - Diagnoses and repair residential and light commercial appliances
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the art mobile app
- Ensure efficient use of company vehicle and equipment
Job Requirements - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Ability to learn the use of our mobile app
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching and climbing.
- Has a technical Aptitude for AC and DC power, as well as small plumbing concepts.
- Organized and cleanliness disciplined.
Pay scale - Commission and/or base + bonus pay structures
